I was on the MLS screening homes for my clients to look at this past Saturday. As I was flipping through this listings I came upon one that I was completely confused by…it left me wondering about agents.

The photos on this listing were blurry and dark. There were pictures of, I assume, the homeowners in the photos. It looked like the homeowners were packing and moving in the pictures. Now…I could be wrong but I’m thinking that the MLS photos should be of the house, not the people who live it in. I don’t think most home sales include the homeowners…

My clients needless to say passed on seeing this home. If the home looks that BAD online, it can’t look any better in person. While I often see what I would consider poor quality photos online, these were probably some of the worst. I guess my question for sellers is, are you aware of what your agent is doing? You should be asking for a copy of your MLS listing. We can email it right to you.

Don’t let your agent make the sale of your home impossible, by having insanely bad photos of your home online. Buyers will pass you by.
