		<description>I have no doubt that if the fence wasn&#039;t there that it would have graffiti on it.  What an insult that would be to all of the artists and volunteers who spent time putting that together.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I&#039;ll take it with the fence.  I think it&#039;s a good symbol of turning something old and ugly into something wonderful.  Did you live in Salem when it was the old acid ball?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I personally would rather have the eco-earth than the acid ball sitting in a landfill somewhere.</description>
