Average Sales price:

Aumsville has always been one of the more affordable cities in the metro area. As a result, their prices have tended to hold steady. The 3rd quarter 2008 is almost even with last year.
30 day Absorption Rate/Inventory:

Aumsville has a current absorption rate of 2. This places the current Aumsville inventory at 16 months.
Home Sales Closed:
There was a 59% drop in the volume of homes sold since the 2007 3rd quarter. Aumsville’s inventories had been holding closer to a neutral market. The failure to sell enough homes in the summer and now the fall quarter caused the inventories to rise.
