Banks have been pretty motivated here as well.  I&#039;ve had a couple of clients get screaming deals on homes.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had the very same thought.  Don&#039;t tell me how motivated a seller is, show me through the offering.  If you are listed at or above market, you may be motivated, but by unreasonable expectations.  If you have to resort to telling me how amenable your client is to an offer, you most likely need to improve either your asking price or something within the home.  Know who are motivated sellers in my market right now?  Banks.  No such breathless pronouncement is needed in the listing either.  The price says it all.</description>
