Keizer Oregon had been a stronghold for the Salem Metro area real estate in 2008. Holding at 7-8 month inventories for most of the year, sales have fallen there and inventories have jumped like the Salem market. This will be a tough adjustment for Keizer sellers if this trend continues as they were used to getting close to asking price and very few concessions.
The average and median prices stayed stable as well.
