Deerwind? Seriously?? Deerwind?! Yikes! I wonder how much of a hit that causes for sellers.

Melina: The maps of the Salem neighborhoods are great! They will be extremely helpful for our scouting visit. Of the neighborhoods in Salem, are any walkable to services like coffee, restaurants, maybe a yoga or pilates studio? Thanks!

      Possible Relocation,
Sorry for the late response here…I’m not getting notification that people are commenting on my posts for some reason :(

Depending on your price range, walkable neighborhoods are going to encircle the downtown, so Bush Park, Fairmount, Laurel Park (have photos but haven’t done this neighborhood yet), Englewood, Capital Park are going to be choices. Candalaria (also have started but not finished this post) is an easy walk down to coffee shops and such.
