Candalaria (also have started but not finished this post) is an easy walk down to coffee shops and such. Possible Relocation,

Depending on your price range, walkable neighborhoods are going to encircle the downtown, so Bush Park, Fairmount, Laurel Park (have photos but haven’t done this neighborhood yet), Englewood, Capital Park are going to be choices.
