This agent knows his radiators…
Now I know that some of you think a buyer’s agent is there to help you assess whether or not a home is the right one for you, but really…you need to watch this video to see what top notch buyer agents do for their clients.
Forget permits, flood plains, and zoning issues…nothing beats this agents knowledge of radiators.

Recent Buyer that can’t be actual showing footage. That has to be made up….but it is hilarious.
Jim you know you have a good buyer agent on your hands when they can eloquently explain that a floor and ceiling are parallel to each other. So smart!

I don’t think this is too far off. I have had agents that knew very little about the subject matter. Unfortunately, some real buyers get them.

Richard unfortunately there are real estate agents that really don’t add a whole lot of value to the process. No disagreement there. Buyers really need to pick someone that can help them make a good choice for them.
